These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and mobile application ("Platform") provided by DOBI VALET ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to use the Platform only for the purpose of accessing information about our laundry services, placing laundry orders, and managing your laundry-related activities.

3. Services

The Platform offers laundry-related services, including but not limited to washing, drying, folding, dry cleaning, and ironing as well as facilitating pick-up and delivery of laundry. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

DOBI VALET will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality laundry services. However, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, damages, or alterations to your laundry items.

It is your responsibility to separate your laundry into different wash loads if you intend to not have any risks of colour run / colour bleeding incidents affecting garments within the same wash load.

Damages related to normal wear and tear, DOBI VALET does not provide reimbursement or compensation such as but not limited to shrinkage from repeated laundering, colour fading, holes or tears (especially old fabrics), discoloration caused by hygiene or beauty products, button damage, thinning of fabric etc.  

It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not include any non-laundry items in your laundry bags such as but not limited to watches, jewellery, cufflinks, money, wallets, access cards etc, as we will not be liable for any loss or damage to such items.

Any reimbursement for an item or order deemed lost or damaged by DOBI VALET shall be limited to and shall not exceed two (2) times the charge for cleaning the lost item (excluding tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or RM 300, whichever is

4. User Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its proper working.

6. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our services is outlined on the Platform. By using our services, you agree to pay the stated fees. Payment details are securely processed by third-party payment processors. The Company reserves the right to change prices or billing methods at any time, with notice.

7. Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide through the Platform, including but not limited to order instructions and personal information. The Company reserves the right to refuse, delete, or modify any content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without our explicit written consent.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
